Given a Rodian Trader grants grenades 10 to an Order 66 character (say a basic clone trooper), will it then gain automatically grenades 30 from a Republic Commando Training Sergeant?
Is a supply given by a Rodian Trader exactly the same as any ability written on a card?

When a character is granted an ability, it is as if it is printed on that figs card, like any other ability. So yes, it would gain Grenades 10, and thus eligible for the CE to get Grenades 30.
