The biggest problem for the Republic Commandos is low HP, and the delta sheild support can't keep portecting them forever.

When enemies are far, make sure the commandos have cover so they can have super stealth. When the enemies are getting closer, make sure you move the commando back after the attack, or even gives up the attack to move double squares.

Especailly watch out for the force users, they can spend the force points to move extra squares. Always count the squares.

Suggestion for the squad improvement:

General Aayla Secura gives the commandos Double attack.

General Obi-Wan Kenobi gives +4 Attack and Defence to the followers who has an ally within 6 squares.

Grand Master Yoda gives +3 Attack and Defence to the followers within 6 squares.

Captain Rex gives commandos greater mobile attack. (hit and run)

i don't think you need to put in one of those jedi if you able to win with it. Just imporve your technique and strategies, it helps alot in the long run.

General Aayla Secura and Captain Rex only effect the clones. If you put them in the squad, you need to take out the IG88 and boush.

General Obi1 and Yoda effect all the followers. You need to decide which one to put in because their CE with not add together to give followers +7 Attack and Defence.

No matter which option, it will change the structure of your squad.
I would suggest you go to "Search Squards" and search for the Republic Commando Squads if you really want one. If you do so, don't trust the rating system blindly beacuse it isn't perfect.

The squad looks ok and I don't know what pieces you have in your collection, but I have a commando squad that can be pretty fun to play if you have the pieces for it. Check it out here

But back to your squad do you have more commandos to add to your commando squad?

I'd drop IG-86. He doesn't mesh well with the rest of the team, and his points could go for something with better synergy.

It definitely seems like you're trying to have 2 different squads in one, Clones and then Bounty Hunters. So when dissected, you have:
Bounty Hunters:
43 IG-88, Assassin Droid
26 Boushh, Ubese Hunter
20 Captain Tarpals

Clones:
30 Republic Commando Training Sergeant
23 Clone Commander Bacara
19 Republic Commando - Boss
16 Republic Commando - Sev

Fit for either:
18 Gungan Shieldbearer
5 Bespin Guard

So you should really pick either the Clones or the Bounty Hunters and run with that. If you go with Clones, I'd think about using more Republic Commandos. You don't want to use the RCTS as an attacker, and Bacara you need to be careful with due to his 14 Def (SS helps but isn't always guaranteed). Boss isn't bad since he has Mobile. Some people suggested GOWK or GMY but as it stands you only have 1 Clone Follower that gains support. So definitely more Republic Commandos.
