force users are allowed to move two extra squares, right?
can they exceed the master of the force # of that character?
is that added on to the squares with attacking, or after the speed has been reached?

Hard to understand what you're asking.
Yes any character with a force point can spend that force point to move 2 extra squares (spent at the beginning of the move) as a part of their movement.
The force point is spent where you start, and two is added to your total move. So then you can move 8 and attack or attack and move 8, or move 14 total. If you have some form of mobile then you can move a total of 8 still (ie move 2, shoot, move 6.. or move 7 shoot and then move 1)
If a piece has Master of the Force x.. then I think they can only do it once, because of stacking. though I'm not 100% sure, it is a vague recollection at this time of a discussion. A piece with MotF 2 and either Knight or Master speed can more 6 or 8 additional squares respectively.

Using a Force Point to reroll or to move faster both stack. This is covered in the FAQ.

Aha! There it is... wayyyy down near the bottom. Quote:Q: If a character has an ability that allows it to spend Force points more than once per turn, can it do so to move faster or reroll multiple times? For example, could Mara Jade spend 1 of her own Force points and 1 of Emperor Palpatine's Force points to move 4 extra squares on her turn?
A: Yes. If a character can spend Force points more than once per turn, it may spend those points on multiple instances of the same effect. A character could spend 2 Force points to move 4 extra squares on its turn, reroll 2 attack rolls, and so forth. However, some Force powers replace attacks and cannot be used more than once per turn, even if a character can spend Force points more than once per turn.
