So I just ordered my first-ever Rebel Storm figure. I managed to snag Jabba the Hutt from an online store for only $4.79. It was too good a deal to pass up, and I figured I should own at least one of the Jabba pieces.

This is my first RS piece since I joined the game right around the release of Dark Times, and hadn't found much of a reason to get any RS pieces before. Just thought I'd share. BigGrin

I do have one as i have all of that set, I am after another though for a custom mini.

Not bad for that prize, i have not seen one for sale in the last two years that was available as a single or that would sent to the UK.

Any got one for trade?

Well done, general veers from that set is a very good one if you can get hold of one, even today is very playable.

I love the sculpt of that Jabba. It's a great looking piece. Too bad his stats stink, but the V-sets should hopefully take care of that sooner of later.

Heck, I still make regular use of a lot of Rebel Storm pieces.

I still remember when I bought my first case (and two boosters for the booster draw match that day) from my LGS when I started playing. It was a mix between RS, CS and RotS. My first booster opened was from RS and had Dengar. Also, my first mini stolen from me was that mini right after the match. Fortunatly in my case of minis I pulled and Dengar and Boba Fett. I still remember seeing the flames from his Jet Pack.

Yes, that is a great sculpt. I also agree as someone that mentioned this. The RS set is probably my favorite set when thinking mini per mini of a 60 piece set had the least issues with sculpts and paint jobs.

Yep. My only real qualm with the set sculpt-wise was the fact that it's hard to distinguish between the Elite Rebel Trooper and Rebel Trooper #19

I agree to that. They should have given the elites a paint stripe, painted patch or something. But, otherwise not to bad. But of course, Wizards is going to put the best into the first set to help suck us all in to this money eating game.

True, but it would hurt my feelings for them to have picked up the license. Their stuff looks good. Then we'd start seeing $$$ vehicle sets.
