okay, lets say that a han with accurate is targeting someone with stealth and cover (Lets just say cad bane) but But a Genoharaden Assassin (with cloaked and cover) is closer, and a RBSV is out of LOS. would han not be able to shoot anyone(because the assassin is closer, but han can't shoot him, but cad would be targeted with accurate with the assassin being closer)?

Yes, bane is not the nearest enemy, so no one could be shot, assuming his CE is in effect, and the CE says that it cannot be targeted by accutate shot unless it is the nearest enemy, and the genoharadan is closer, but it can't be targeted at all, but is still the nearest enemy, and because Bane is not the closest, he benefits from the CE and cannot be targeted by accurate shot.

It depends. Is Cad Bane within 6? If he is, then you could target Cad Bane, because Stealth would not be in effect, thus he would be the closest enemy. If he is further than 6 away and in cover, Stealth is in effect, which would not make him the nearest enemy.

This is incorrect. As per the full defination of Cloaked, if the Genoharadan has cover, they cannot be targetted and DOES NOT COUNT AS THE NEAREST ENEMY. Pretty certain this is on the card as well.
