Just wondering if there's a ladder for Vassal play? a nice fluid ladder system might be nice, as I see there's some leagues.

And is anyone else not able to log on? I'm getting in the vassal engine but there's no rooms open - not even the main room.

I have had trouble getting onyo Vassal lately. Just give it a while and they will fix whatever problem is going on.

Also, there is no ladder system. There are a few leagues, but they are started on the whim of the person who feels like starting one. The problem with having a ladder system would be the versatility of what goes on over there, and how there is little way to track every win/loss.

I'm in-visioning three ladders, one for standard, one for dynamic duo, and one for tiles. The loser posts the loss (standard practice in ladder leagues). What's "difficult" to do this? Is there any interest in this?

There was a time where Billiv15 asked me for a game and I almost pooped my pants because I had watched his 2009 Gencon final, and from that discovered he had won the previous year.

I obviously lost.

So, while there isn't really a ladder system, if you are active in the community, you should know who the SWM Giants are, and know that it will be a pretty intense gaming experience playing them.
