Looked it over. Here are my suggestions, assuming you mean keep the "Tarpals lets you do your replaces attacks stuff twice", not "Keep the clone pilots" stuff.
if you drop Oddball (17), Scorch(16), and all the Pilots(27), that brings you back up to 62 points unused, since you were sitting at 198. You could then add in Queen Amidala (16), 3 Gungan Artillerists(30) (-1pt each thanks to Padme, and can Cesta 20 twice each turn,while Mobile Attacking), leaving you 16 points for more Ugos/ Brutes for door control or swap fodder.
Rex doesnt really fit into this as well as he did, but I think he is still worth keeping, as he is a good shooter. If you feel like you need to drop him, then you can add another 3 Gungans and another Ugo.
So, you drop 5 activations, but add in about 9 while keeping Rex, or drop 6 and gain 13 if you drop Rex.
