Well, I got a pack of Masters of the Force. I got Jedi Master Kit Fisto.  Then I saw he didn't have a head.  That was stupid.

That is a shame! He is actually one fo my favourite of that set. With GOWK he is almost ammune to anything but the big beats.
Edit: On a related note, I pulled...I can't remember her name, but the Sith Woman with the big green energy whip type thing, but her whip hand had snapped off. Noone got back to me about getting her replaced though...:(

I got a windu in a target exclusive pack that came missing his lightsaber hand. I contacted Wizards and they told me to ship him back. They replaced the entire fig, and sent me a Juhani too. Best customer service experience of my life.
Now that theyve lost the license, they might not be able to do much, but its definitely worth a shot to contact them.

It takes 10 minutes to try. And since this is star wars, there is no try. Contact customer service or don't. I had a good experience, i recommend doing it too. You never know what will happen.

I too am skeptical that they can do anything at this point, but that wouldn't stop me from sending an e-mail to support. I agree that WotC customer service was good about replacing stuff. Before they dropped the license, I got a Mandalore Ultimate card and Zayne Karrick figure, and ended up with both for my trouble.

I had a friend who got YoBuck with broken legs. WotC sent him a new YoBuck and a HoloSid.

And... maybe they dont have stock of figs any more. this is very probable. However, if they do have any stock left, they're very likely wanting to get rid of them... meaning... ka-ching!

I remember getting Obi-wan on Boga with no lightsaber or lightsaber hand. Bummer dude. Also 2 of the BAsilisks came broken

What you should do is make a custom with your Kit Fisto. Lop off the head of another mini and stick it on Kit!

Pretty sure they cleared out the warehouse and sent it all to the Godfather, who then gave it out to the Gamer's guys for prize support at Gencon this year.
I could be wrong though, and yes, its always worth trying.
