1. There was a moderator who did some stuff he should not have done. It's over now, and the particulars are no one's business but the people running the site, and the people affected by the wrongdoing. Just ignore the drama since it's over and didn't affect you.

2. Trolling is posting intentionally inflamatory or insulting content just to stir people up.

3. Threads get locked because they're turning into bickering or headed that way, or redundant. There are no set in stone rules--moderators use their best judgement to decide.

4. No. There is no feud. Gamers owner, and a few of the major contributors are unhappy about how some other users here have treated them, and about how the owner of Bloomilk has responded to it. But there's generally no hard feelings the other way, and the number of people with any issues at all about either site is microscopic and a signicant number of people contribute to and use both.

5. You can't. It's really between two people, and there's no reason for you to worry about it.

One question you didn't ask and I forgot to mention.

Some people use "trolling" and "smurfing" interchangably because they're often linked. They're really two things though.

"smurfing" is creating multiple accounts to hide who you are, often so you can troll anonymously or make it look like other people agree with you.

Bloomilk has a history of problematic smurfing, generally used to incite a few specific people. So there's some understandable paranoia about who people "really are" you'll come across due to that known history of smurfing. Bloomilk has cracked down a lot on that, but proving it's over for good will take time.
