Maybe this is old news to some of you, but it's the first I've heard of it. Starting in May of this year Knight Models of Spain started putting out a small line of 30 mm Star Wars miniatures. Knight Models had previously done a wicked 70mm line of Star Wars minis:

The initial release of the 30 mm was just these four!:

Now this is not the prepainted variety of minis we are used to but they are scale with our minis.

They are sold individually as singles for about $20 a pop.

In September the line expanded to include Chewie w/ Threepio on his back and a Luniara/Bariss two pack

They do look very, very cool, but what would really get my money would be characters we never got figures for, like Joruus C'boath or Sora Bulq.

No. They are just the minis.

Edit: Nope, not painted.

Looking at the info, you need to assemble and paint them. Good for those who like to do that sort of thing.

Those mimis look pretty cool. If they are ones you have to paint, mine would not look so good. But they do look awesome. Maybe you could use them for the v-sets.

Look good. WAY to pricey for what we need though.

Hope we get some stepping up to the plate with a new product soon.
