ok..im getting very farmiliar with the game..but there are a few questions i might pop in on from time to time...
heres one.. ok.. say you use a force power that reaches 6 squares and does 30 damage to target..if there is a red wall in between you and your target, but you can count 6 squares around the red wall (but they dont have line of sight due to the wall), can you use the force power around the wall? even though it is a wall, and there is no line of sight?
2. for commander effects, i have a clone trooper deck, and 4 of my clone troopers have commander effects.. they are all different commander effects. do the charactors who are giving commander effects, also recieve commander effects? like a few say "allies with order 66", or "trooper followers".. if they all have order 66 and are troopers, they all gain the commander effects from each other, correct? just not their own effects.
3.c-3p0, ewok diety... he has speed 0, if there is a card out there that grants a target charactor additional speed, can it be applied to someone with speed 0, and he can then move?

1) No, you must have LoS unless it is specifically stated. So if you cannot see your opponent, you cannot use the power.
2) If all 4 of the Clone Troopers have Commander Effects, the only way they can benefit from other CEs is if the other CEs designate Allies (Followers are character who do not have a CE, Allies are any other character in your squad regardless of whether they have a CE or not, and Characters in Your Squad would be everyone in the squad including the acting character). So in your example, "Allies with Order 66" would be benefited from the other 3 Commanders but "Trooper Followers" would not because none of the 4 Commanders are considered Followers.
3) Sadly that would not work. Speed 0 (and anything below the normal Speed 6) is considered a burden so if you have a CE (such as K-3PO's ability to grant Speed 8) you would have to take the burden instead. The only way to allow C-3PO to move on his own is to (I think) have Yoda of Dagobah Light Tutor him to grant him 1 Force Point so he can Move Faster and move 2 squares.

LoS isn't the only requirement. The character must also be a legal target. A commander can also be affected by CEs designating Commanders or Characters in your squad.
