If Cunning is fine for GREEDO, then it is fine for Jodo Kast. Granted, I always viewed him as a cheaper figure, but this figure is a fine piece. He is a piece that can be teched up to a good piece, not a powerhouse himself.

Wait a tic, when did we all agree that Cunning is fine for Greedo? Han shot first! Tongue

Cunning is the lesser of the two abilities. How can you say (paraphrasing) "Jodo KAst sucked in the books and you guys blew it by not giving him the best abilities, highest damage and Accurate shot!"

Damage 10, Twin and Opportunist +20 are now the ultimate combination in the game? Good thing I pulled so many TBSVs cause for 31 points with a Czerka they must be invincible. And they aren't even unique!

Somewhere I thought I had read someone wanting Damage 20. Plus I never anything about an ultimate combo.

Twin is better than double...most of the time.

Opportunist...espcially 20! is better than Cunning of any variety.

Ah, I see the misunderstanding. I certainly think he was "weak" enough to warranty a base 10 damage.

I completely agree. In this case, however, the base 10 damage allows for the Czerka interaction and the possibility 4 attacks. Its is more expensive to give a character Double after the fact (via a CE) than it is Twin. My opinion is Jodo with Twin built in is a bit more potent up front, but limits synergies that result in a far deadlier character, which he clearly wasn't.

I'm glad Jodo is not revolutionarily awesome. If the Yammosk weren't so freaking cool, I'd be concerned about how powerful it is. I don't think we should blow everything open in the first set.

ervey fig can't be a meta changer and Jodo has playability. All in all won't see a lot of play, but isn't Han in carbonite ect.

I liked Dean's description of his reaction to the first drafts of the pieces from last night's SHNN. Almost happened, which is why having groups is helpful.

Sith, I can't listen to SHNN. Can you paraphrase what was said?

Have made a Jodo... with a CS Jango.. and a Firefly (heroclix) for the jetpack flames (cut down, repainted).

A general repaint and good to go.

First ever pics / or / post... let me know what you think

Well Dvader831/Ray used Jodo and new Revan in Dynamic Duo tourney we had last nite after our 200 tourney. He went 2-1 and captured third.

I played against Jodo in one of the games and Jodo was not too bad. I think people need to give him a try. He is again not the greatest but he is also not as bad as some are thinking. Flight and Evade are never a bad combo.

Seems like he'll be a fun piece to use. I don't think I'll be able to bring myself to repaint my Rebel Storm Boba though, and I can't see buying an extra online for as much as he still goes for, so I'll just assume that my Jodo tweaked his yellow highlights to red to look even more like Boba for a particular job. Smile Of course, I've later talked myself into buying such extras before, so who knows?

BigGrin I will say that I think he's missing one thing. It would have been funny (and awesome!) if he had been given an ability called something like "Boba Fett Imposter" that basically says "any character destroyed by a character whose name contains Boba Fett is considered to have been destroyed by this character instead." When you're playing for points, it would be hilarious and so in-theme!

Wink Ah! But the whole idea is to represent Jodo trying to steal Boba's reputation. Boba did the work, and then Jodo takes credit for it. And it would certainly give Boba's player a reason to send Boba after Kast. BigGrin
