This may be a stupid question but im amped that minis are still going and id luv to get a set of cards im from southern indiana and i didnt know who i needed to talk to or if i can even get a set

And then PM the Pointman for your area. Looks like the three pointmen for Indiana are LESHIPPY (Lafayette/Kokomo area), DarthJawa (Greenfield/Anderson/Indianapolis area), and discgolfphil (Fort Wayne area). So just PM the one that's closest to you.
