Does anyone have any comments or suggestions on how to improve this squad? It takes advantage of Rex's CE and the Quadruple Attack of the Clone Trooper with Repeating Blaster: --Mobile Machine Guns-- 33 Captain Rex 46 Clone Trooper with Repeating Blaster x2 23 Commander Cody 20 Commander Gree 16 Republic Commando - Sev 26 501st Clone Trooper x2 8 Mas Amedda 16 R7 Astromech Droid x2 7 Ugnaught Droid Destroyer 5 Rodian Diplomat (200pts. 13 activations) (Here's the link if you want to rate it or comment: http://www.bloomilk.com/Squad/Details/92148)

A couple things I noticed:
1) Very limited door control. You only have a single R7 as your source of door control. If your opponent finds a way to kill it, then you'll be in a tough spot. May want to substitute an uggy or two in.
2) Too many commanders. 125 points of your squad is in commanders. Call me crazy, but you can build a squad that is just too CE heavy. I would recommend dropping Yularen since you don't have anyone with Accurate Shot that can benefit from him. I would also get rid of the Czerka, this frees up 34 points that allows you to get some more clones that can benefit from Rex, Cody and Gree. Yes, the Elite Clone Trooper Commander gives the clone followers +4 to defense, but they only have 20 hp (so pretty much one hit and they're dead); so you may want to think about whether to keep him of not.
I know you're trying to keep things oriented around the Clones with repeaters, but have you thought of taking 2 501st Clone Troopers for one CTsRBs? It's 3 more points than the repeater, but you get twice the activations and twice the HP for the same number of attacks.
Sincerely, Jester007

With the CTWRBs being your main threats and only having 20hps...might want to invest in some bodyguards.

You're going to have a struggle against super stealth.

Rodian Diplomats can help with that.

Squad updated. I now have only 3 commanders instead of 5 (dropped the Elite Clone Commander and the Chagrian). After swapping a few characters, I now have a pair 501st Clone Troopers, Sev, another R7 Droid, and a Rodian Diplomat, as well as an Uggy Droid Destroyer for filler (and mild activation control [Jolt]).
I realized that the defense bonus for the Elite Clone Commander only applied to Followers, so it really wasn't worth having, especially when the squad is GMA-focused. I also see that this squad will be doing enough damage with all its attacks, so the extra bonus from the Chagrian is unnecessary.
Thanks for the input, everyone! Feel free to continue commenting on the squad.
