No, those abilities affect the force user, allowing it to make a critical attack, and is not affected by Force Immunity.

1. Force Immunity does not stop Use the Force, as it affect's the user's attacks.
2. Shatterpoint is an odd situation. You cannot target a character with Force Immunity with Shatterpoint. However, once Shatterpoint has a target, the user does not lose the benefits if the target somehow gains Force Immunity (see Ysalimari).
