Hey people i had an idea for a challange for the whole site to get the whole site involved in make the best possible build for each faction. This is gonna take every single person on bloomilk's input & opinions. This is something that will keep the interest in the game.
Also by coming out with the best possible squad for each faction, New players will be able to use these squads to have a chance against Very Great Hall Of Fame Players such as Dean Miller, Bill V, Huk, Scott Sithborg etc. Also im sure Dean & company would like the challange of facing these new best squads for each faction. So Dean if you can man, we go back a couple years, if you read this thread can you throw some input in, same goes for you Bill, you's are the great squad builders of bloomilk no question.
So lets see if we can make the very best tier 1 squad for every faction.
Now heres how it will work, I will start off with a faction & anyone who reads this, comment under this post with a few key pieces that would have to be in a great squad for the faction were doing at the moment. As we finish one faction we will go to the next. So hear goes the first faction.

They have some nice CEs that apply to commanders, but it adds up pretty quickly. I don't think I have enough shooting support in there.
Here's another option, a Mira cannon. I don't think it's as good as the one above, though:

Lobot brings in the needed tech - R7, 2 Uggies, 2 Mice. Houjix to protect Mira, Hoth to let her slide out of danger.
I think Bastila is the first 'must have' in an OR squad. She can have ABM on most of the time. With her renewal and starting with 3, if you activate it at the beginning of a round and activate her at the end of the next round, you get nearly 2 full rounds of ABM for one activation. Activate at the beginning of the next round and the enemy gets just a small window of active CEs. If you can delay starting it for a round or two while the squads advance, you can have it on for most of the heat of battle.
OR has some good CEs, but CEs overall took a huge hit with DotF. Rout, the Yammosk, and ABM, on top of Disruptive and Distraction, make it hard to build a squad that relies on CEs. That's part of what makes Bastila so great - she's the OR Disruptive on top of a great CE (+10dmg) that doesn't count as a CE so it can't be disrupted/stolen.

Well i guess i will get this started, here is a list of every single OR Character with there cost & stats, take a look at the list to determain which ones would be the best in the best 200pt OR squad in the game. After we start getting some post here about who to put in the squad, i will delete this text right here to save up room so that i can write what user came up with a certain figure to be in the squad & why, the ones that we keep in the squad.

Feel free to borrow stuff from this squad and place it in the awesomest OR squad EVER!!! :) Nope this is what were trying to do, basically get everyones input in what combined pieces would just make a sick unbeatable Old Republic squad, its gonna be bloomilk created, i like that you brought some different figs to the mix like brood & vao, im gonna put them on the list , once we get enough examples like this & different pieces added to the list, thats when were all gonna brain storm on which combo's work the best & build the baddest OR squad. So basically once we start seein mutiple OR squads with the same specific figs in it, like for example this is the 4th OR squad i seen with bastila JM & exile, so its givin the idea that these pieces are mandatory & make great combo's, so its more than likely that to build the unbeatable OR squad, on of them is gonna be in it ya know, so nah good pieces, addin them to the list now. Any others feel free to post, this is a bloomilk squad, the whole site is gonna create it.

I don't know much about OR, but I think that Bastila Shan, Jedi Master with her Advanced Battle Meditation seems like the key piece to build around, then maybe choose Jedi Exile or Revanchist to go with her. I think having all three is a bit of commander overkill - although Bastila isn't technically a commander, she pretty much functions as one.
But on the other hand, Jedi Exile and Revanchist's CE's do complement each other quite nicely, so I have no idea. Just thinking out loud really....
Also, Darth Revan, Sith Lord, bought in with the Jedi Crusader, could be added to the list of possibilities.
