Can someone explain to me how this works? Who makes the saves, who can I target? That sort of thing. Thank you ^_^

You can target an enemy using normal targeting rules or any of your allies in line of sight. The target has to FAIL the save or the dominate does not work. Even your ally has to fail the save. An ally with force points could reroll the save if they passed it the first time and wanted to try to fail it.

...ah, quick extra question: at the tail end of the card, it says after the save11 bits that the target can't move this turn. Is that outside the save11 so that, save or fail, the target can't move - like Stuckuss?

It just means that when you take a turn with the character you cannot move the character. Basically, it just means you're attacking (possibly with multiple attacks) or perhaps using a 'replaces turn' ability.

Confused I thought a fig could only re-roll a failed save. Is this not correct? Confused

You can only use Yoda/Leia CE free re-roll if it fails a save.

You can spend FP to re-roll just about any save or attack (seen many people do it looking for a crit to kill a key piece even though their first roll would hit).

They can reroll any save, regardless of the result.
per Rulebook (CW...pg 24)

Force Points and Force Powers
Some characters have access to the Force and can use it for a number of effects. These characters have
Force points (and a Force rating on their stat cards).
Reroll: A character can spend 1 Force point to reroll an attack or save that it has just made. You can even reroll a natural 1 on an attack (normally an automatic miss). You must take the result of the second roll, even if it’s worse. Since an initiative check affects a whole squad, not just an individual character, you can’t spend a Force
point to reroll initiative.

Are you sure? The way I interpreted it was that you can take a normal turn with the character, but then it is considered activated at the end of the turn.

FlyingArrow's interpretation is correct. There is a difference between turn and activation. You can take a normal turn, but you are not allowed to move.
