Let's say I have a BBSV and a Yammosk in my squad... Would BBSV's CE have an unlimited range for Vong Workers and other stealthed Vong? Confused

Yes. It expands the range of all allied CE's, along with those Special Abilities that specifically bonus Vong.

Important clarification on this as its not totally correct. From the FAQ.

Yammosk War Coordinator
Q: If I have a Fringe commander in the squad that affects Fringe characters and Yuuzhan Vong characters in my squad, does the commander effect have unlimited range, or range 6?
A: It has unlimited range for the Yuuzhan Vong characters, and range 6 for the Fringe characters.

You can reason this out from the card, but it's worth pointing out. The Booming Voive affect only works for characters in the Vong faction, it will not work for fringe figures in the squad outside of the normal range.

It is not on the card, it is in the full glossary defination. Very easy to miss.
