Ok, I'm aware that you can't store a force power, but I was curious about Indiscriminate Rage.

Let's say I was playing a non-faction game and had K'krukk in a squad with Exar Kun. Could I use Indiscriminate Rage, even if I wasn't making an attack that round, to force the save at the end of the turn to hope to turn savage, thus gaining access to Exar's CEs for Savage? Or would IR be an ability that would require actually making an attack to even turn on. As it's written, I wasn't sure if it would count as storing FPs or not.

No, the only time you'd be able to use Indiscriminate Rage is right before an attack. Same thing would apply for the other gambling powers, Indiscriminate Killer and Dark Temptation.

Precedent is probably set by other force powers like Sith Rage and LS Precision, can you use them, then move and maybe make an attack?

something tells me probably not.

Use the Force, Sith Rage, and Lightsaber Precision are the precedents that says that you can't do this.

Yes, I thought so, but the wording on IR is a little different, so I wanted to be sure.

I'm still not sure using these as precedents is right. If you can't do it you can't do it. But these 3 powers are different enough from Indiscriminate Rage that I wouldn't call them precedents at all.

After looking at the other Gambling powers though, I can see why it couldn't be done, in the case Dark Temptation that betrays the figure to the other side. Can't have people trying to fail the save in the starting area then kill off the character getting a quick 27 points.

The precedent still applies, as they are still all essentially doing the same thing, modifying Atk/Dam. The standing precedent is that you can't use such abilities unless you are actually making an attack. The aftereffects are not enough to warrent these abilities working differently.
