Just placed an order, mostly because they had Arden Lyn for $6. We'll see if I have any issues!

This where they lost me. No option of waiting for those items, having them sent later/serparately, store credit, substitutions (which I would have done), etc. It was decided for me.

I have had worse experiences and would not denigrate T&T. That said, I would consider their resolution to this issue somewhat substandard and I don't expect I'll buy from them again.

Which figures were you trying to get from them? I just sold them a bunch of really good minis. At least one of every Sith Lord, Commandos, ad tons of Clone Wars. Maybe I can cut out the middle man ad sell directly to you. I'm about to sell T&T more minis. I have never ordered from them but have sold to them numerous times. Always takes a long time to get my cash, and they pay me through Pay Pal. Usually I'll send them a new list and say I won't send the minis until they pay me for the prior package.

That doesn't sound very well either. They are a business and should be more prompt. They at least could give you a time frame.

I've purchased from Troll and Toad only a couple of times now, and my purchases have gone over pretty smoothly. They did screw up an order once - instead of a mouse droid, they sent along a R7. But they promptly refunded me the 7 bucks for the MSE and let me keep the R7 to boot. So while I guess you could say they've had a 50% failure rate on my orders, they were pretty quick to clean up the mess.

I just recieved my package from TnT. All minis present and accounted for. I have ordered from them perhaps 10 times now, and they have never messed mine up. It just takes a while to get it over to Europe, so I spend more time sitting by the door waiting for the postman than normal.

I dunno why but my favorite site still to this day for Mini's is CSI, i like there prices & never had a problem with any mix order & they are protected the cards in toploaders. 99cents shipping everytime when just ordering mini's, maps & boosters the shipping goes up a little but point is love that site.
