This came up the other night in a game.
Strafe Reads, in short as this character moves, he can attack each enemy as he moves into their space. But in the Glossary for strafe, it says nothing about him being able to use strafe on his turn.
So my question is this; if DoomBot tows Ani Stap over a bunch of enemies, would Ani be able to attack each character he passes over?
I couldnt find anything to go against this, but it seems like it could be highly abusive if thats the case.

No, Strafe Attack can only be used on a character's own turn. This is covered in both the Errata and the Master Glossary.
