OK so if I was running Yobuck with General Skywalker and Mas Amedda does Yobuck benefit from Anakin's Momentum CE during his Galloping Attack?
Booming Voice gives CE's unlimited range (so long as I can draw a path to each of the characters involved, not passing through walls or doors).
Momentum reads that if the character has moved it gets +4 attack and +10 damage against adjacent enemies.
Lastly Galloping Attack requires Yobuck to first move at least one space and then he is allowed to attack each adjacent enemy as he passes them.
Unless I am missing something, Yobuck should have a +22 attack for 30 damage a pop if all of the above requirements have been met, correct?

You're missing something.
General Skywalker's CE doesn't apply until a character ends its move.
You can declare the end of a move before making an attack, so you could get one gallop attack in, but never more than one because you can't move anymore after gaining Momentum.

Thanks NickName, that makes sense.
As a follow up, I'm still a little confused about how Yobuck is allowed to move 20 spaces (or 26 w/ Master Speed) and "attack" every adjacent character along the way even though it says that he can only move 20 spaces (i.e. double speed) if he isn't attacking.

Many abilities break the normal rules of the game. Gallopping Attack is one of them.

And it also comes at a cost. You still invoke AoO when doing Galloping Attack, so you can attack a lot of people but you can also take a lot of damage along the way.

The "isn't attacking" refers to the normal attack a figure can make ... as in move 10 and attack. YoBuck can move 10, gallop opponents along the way, then make his normal attack. If he foregoes the normal attack, he can move 20 and gallop opponents along the way.

Ok so if Yobuck moves 10 (or 16 w/ a FP), uses Galloping Attack along the way, and ends adjacent to an enemy he can utilize Momentum at that time. Correct? And to take it a step further, can he then attack that final opponent twice? The first attack as part of Galloping Attack and the second as part of his normal move?

Yep and Yep.
And then extending from that, he can give up his normal attack and move 20 with a Galloping Attack. Or spend an FP for Master Speed and move 20+6 with a Galloping Attack.
That covers all his options.
