To all those who customised the Sith Lord to be Joruus. How did you remove his eyepatch without it looking obvious that you had cut something away from his face?

I simply removed it with a blade and filed the eye socket a bit. Re-painting his face obscured any anomalities. Just have a go; I suspect you'll have no problems.

alternately, cut off the head, and use the human BG or some other non-eye-patch head.

Hair isn't too difficult to sculpt with green stuff. I'd second giving him a new head and sculpting a great big crazy man beard to hide the join, big wild hair is pretty much my image of Joruus C'baoth anyway...
