here are my favs:
1 universe rancor (fav char in all of star wars) 2 jango bh (cool looking pose and flames) 3 stormtrooper #38 RS (you know there is a greasy rebel in those cross hairs) 4 jax pavin (saber in 1 hand, gun in the other. represents my rpg char nicely)

I agree with Felucian on Rancor. Coolest mini I've seen. I remember a bunch of us had a big buy come in to the country, and when I saw that thing come out of the box, I was like "whoooa".
Have to admit though, I do have a weakness for sculpts that remind me of specific moments in the OT . The favourite sculpt of minis I own would be Yoda of Dagobah. I look at that little guy, and I'm right there watching him lift the X-Wing out of the swamp.

We've had some good responses here. Anyone else want to add their thoughts?

The mini captures little, if any, of his actual presence and depicts him as a guy in a neck brace who just slipped on a cartoon banana peel while holding a wiffle ball bat. never thought of it this way... You can't argue with Lord Vader being a great pose, too.

Here are a handful of my favorites:
-Elite Clone Trooper - great pose, has head shot written all over it -Nute Gunray - sculpt and paint are quite nice -Dark Side Marauder - Ninja! (waving, "missed me, I'm over here now") -Probe Droid - as droids go, this is one of the cooler sculpts -Darth Maul - very dynamic pose -Wookiee Berserker - get out of this guy's way! Nice paint. -Zabrak Fringer - not really sure why, lol -Dark Side Adept - Ninja! With a gun too! -Royal Guard (RotS) - looks like he means business
I miss the quality of the early sets. (cue nostalgic music)

I'm very fond of the Clone Strike ARC Trooper. It captures the "elite clone troops" vibe from the mini-series well. I don't know what it is about the other clone troopers, the plain white ones always look kinda junky to me.

Even though the character is awful I really like the Hoth Trooper w/ Atgar Cannon. It's just one of those iconic Star Wars images. Along those lines I also enjoy Han Solo Frozen in Carbonite. Neither of those are colorful but I still like them.
And although I have read that a lot of the newer stuff doesn't compare to the old stuff I also like some of the newer bounty hunters like Cad Bane and Zuckuss, BH.
My favorite pose on a sculpt is probably the Bith Black Sun Vigo.
My two favorites from my collection though are Shaak Ti, Jedi Master and the Mandalorian Gunslinger.

I have to agree with the Jango comments here. I remember the buzz about the sculpt when that set came out. Of course I didn't pull one in my case so I had to drop $25 for him, but it was well worth it. I'm also a big fan of the Darth Talon sculpt, for obvious reasons.
