Well, tonight was the first appearance of Chewbacca in tv or film, from a strictly chronological point of view.
What'd you think? Did the stuff Chewbacca had to say diverge too much from established canon?

I thought they were both in my favorite top 5 episodes. I liked the way they used Chewy. I'm glad they didn't go overboard in using him. I thought they did a great job on how he moved. Great Job!

I haven't had a chance to watch the show yet, but if people can't watch it on TV they can always try to catch an episode on SideReel: http://www.sidereel.com/Star_Wars_The_Clone_Wars_%282008_Tv_series%29The website is a collection of links that users post for episodes. Sometimes you won't luck out on the older shows, but generally on the day after an episode airs you'll find a link from MegaVideo or something like that that (it may take a couple clicks to find a working link, lol). I work nights and don't have an HD tv or bunny ears or cable (in other words, the only thing my tvs will get without a video game console/vhs/dvd player is static). I'm forced to watch all my tv shows online and always use SideReel to find links...

Ya, I really liked them as well. Chewie needed some love after buying the farm or was it a moon? I forget which. As far as season three went, they got a little lame toward the middle of the season, but then the ending made up for that IMO. I didn't catch anything that messed with canon. My buddy was telling me about one of the Easter egg's in it. The Trandoshan shotgun was the same shotgun from the Republic Commando games. Same sound and everything. I played that game all the way thru but it's been a while and I didn't catch that one. I remember hearing it but didn't think about the game when it happened.

I think Ahsoka will hide out in the Shadowlands of Kashyyk after the purge and live a Jolee Bindo like life, lamenting the loss of her master.
