(Force 3, Replaces attack) All enemies within 6 gets -4 attack and -4 defense for the rest of the skirmish, Save 11.
Force Nightmare: (Force 2. Replaces attack; Range 6, non-Droids only) 20 damage. Each time the corrupted character activates, it must attempt a save of 11. On a failure, that character takes 20 damage. On a success, the nightmare is over.
Illusion: (Force 1) When hit by an attack, this character takes no damage with a save of 11.

With Force Nightmare, why not just call it Force Corruption since that's what it is? I'd change it a little if you want to keep it new. So maybe:

Force Nightmare 2 (Force 2, replaces attacks: range 6, non-Droids only; 20 damage, target is scared and gains -2 to Speed until target is no longer scared. Each time the scared character activates, it must attempt a save of 11. On a failure, that character takes 20 damage. On a success, that character is no longer scared.)

Giving it -2 to Speed is a real kicker, especially with Master Fear
