Can someone explain Lancer strafe att in detail please. Does he have to be able to land on a 4x4 space to att? Meaning he cant squeeze into a spot and att if part of the 4x4 square is a post/tree/black space. what about going into s 3x1 "nook", wouldnt that be considered moving into a square he was just in after a att.
Thanks

ok, for the character to make his strafe attack he has to be able to land in a 4x4 section. This section cannot be abscured by walls, pits or doors (unless they are already open). in detail the character begins his turn in a clear 4x4 and then "flys" over as many people he can within the 24 squares limit, he has to attack everyone's square he enters and he can't attack some one twice in one move, he cant enter a square he has just left so he cant turn around quickly. At the end of the 24 squares he must land in a 4x4 section that was clear at the start of the move (not occupied by an enemy character or a closed door /wall /pit). It is easier to move the 24 squares then do the attacks in order. He is able to end his turn on cover. does that explain it.

And it can strafe (ie make attacks) while it is squeezeing (like down a 1 square hallway). All you have to have is a legal ending/landing spot (which you have predetermined) and a path which you don't ever go in the space you just left and you are all set.
If you think of the clone strike starter muunilist map you can strafe all in and around the pillared section in the one side's starting area.
Hope that helps. If not ask more questions until we can answer them for you.
