Squads consist of two characters, whose point total must equal exactly 100 points. Faction rules apply. Played out on regular maps. Characters activate one a time (i.e. Player 1 wins init, activates 1 piece, player 2 activates 1 piece, player 1 activates the remaining piece he has, player 2 activates his last piece, new init). Distentigation has no effect (i.e. Boba Fett, BH does 40 damage to an enemy on a crit, it does not defeat them).

That's all there is.

I'm hearing that you can't use Boba, BH in Duos? Are there any rules/guidelines anywhere? Link me please.

You can use Boba BH, it's just that Disintegration has no effect in this form. There are guidelines in the current version of the SWGPA (previously DCI) Floor Rules, which is located on the main page of SWMGamers (under downloads in the tool bar) and likely somewhere on The Holocron.

660: RULES FOR DYNAMIC DUO TOURNAMENTS

Using only two characters, each player builds a squad totaling exactly 100 points. Normal faction rules apply. Reinforcements and Reserves abilities are ignored. Each phase, players activate 1 character instead of two.

The following character is not permissible for use in the Dynamic Duo format:
Boba Fett, Bounty Hunter

EDIT: I just found the Disintegration ruling. ThumpUp Is Holocron useless for rules now? Confused

HOLOCRON has the final WotC DCI Floor Rules.

Gamers has their own modified Floor Rules with various changes (custom maps, V-Sets, etc) including the noted change for DD.

Determine which rules you are using, and play accordingly. (ie. if you're using V-Set pieces, Boba is legal.)
