I like to collect the same scale vehicles that looks fit with the minis and recently I got Obi-wan & Anakin's starfighters from Revell pocket model line. Those scale are very close to the minis and looks good when stay together. That may be old news anyway   I really want a set that mainly represent the vehicles/starfighter and could play together with the minis. Does anyone collect the vehicles/starfighter that scale to the minis and may have some idea on these as well?

Action Fleet, apart from being one of the best Star Wars toy sets, are pretty close. At least, some of them are. The toys are all the same size, so the Bantha and X-Wing are pretty decent scale, but the AT-AT and Sandcrawler are tiny in comparison.
But a lot of the starfighters look pretty good up close, especially A-Wing and Snowspeeder.
I have seen many of them used as proxies or in dioramas with SWMs.

Some of those transformers out right now that turn into Star Wars vehicles are pretty close in scale too. I bought 2 of the AATs, one in the blue and grey of the current cartoon and one in the yellow of the Phantom Menace look.
