What do you want to see if we do another campaign like this? Let's start brainstorming early.
Possible ideas
Republic vs sith
Old rep and new rep vs sith
Vong and mangos vs new republic
Republic vs CIS
Post other ideas on here. We want your feedback

Delicious!

I think the next logical step is Republic vs CIS. They are both very large factions and have enough pieces to use throughout. Any other group or combination may get tricky. FlyingArrow and I have done that before and it worked out ok but we were working with serious build restrictions, and not 10 players. It may be something to try, but it might get tricky as well. I feel like the Mandos are a decent bet just because they can function farily well without a bunch of uniques. New Republic will be hard if folks start losing Mara Jade or Han Solo. That being said I'd love to do a New Republic campaign just because that is my favorite era of Star Wars (and favorite faction.)

If we plan on a larger playing field, it would have to be the CW. This will be awesome and I'm already to defect from the corrupt Republic!

Aside from the usual banter, I wanted to say thanks to FA and AH for getting this off the ground. In many respects it has reinvigorated my passion for the game. BlooMilk BlooMilk BlooMilk

Seriously when would we have pulled out a Verpine Tech or an DT Phase II or Deena Shan? Oops, sorry G_G!

This is exactly what needs to continue, it is a great diversion from the mainstream meta. ThumbsUp

I think we could do a legacy era thing, like NR and Imperial pieces from the Fell Empire Vs. Sith and Imperial sith empire

So kind of like Cade and the rest of the jedi from that time plus some non unique GA pieces with Roan Fell and some Imperial knights vs Moff Morlish Veed and Krayt.

To make it more interesting, we could have 4 people in each group and have one person be GA, another be Fell Empire, another Imperial Sith Empire, and another be the one sith.

a few rules adjustments are needed to insure fair playCool
IMHO all players should have a Bloomilk account.Smile
all they need is a computer w/ internet access, a valid e-mail address, and $$ for the free account.Wink
this would increase enjoyment of all players.ThumpUp

I agree with this some of that.
It limits games if you put retrictions on it though.
I've got an account and am having a nightmare of a time getting an opponent.
Not everyone is on Bloo or Gamers (or wants to be on them) wants to play on Vassal, the game after all is about useing your little plastic Luke and Han to beat lots of plastic Stormtroopers.
I think, get the core rules 100% set in stone but best not micro-manage, otherwise we risk taking the fun out of it.

Exactly!!!! Nothing against Vassal but it is about the direct interaction of the players and the figgys.

I said nothing about vassel in my post.
I was referring to a BLOOMILK ACCOUNT
players should be members simply because it would make it easier for the supreme commander to communicate with their commanders in the field.
as we play the game right now people want me to give imperial orders to rebel players

that is why I proposed a rule for future games

the empire is gonna have a tough time winning if they keep losing games and pieces

I didn't have the rule about a BlooMilk account because I wanted as many players as possible, but I sort of assumed everyone would have an email account at least... giving orders through rebel players seems kind of crazy.
