Republic have always been my favourite, but I'm kind of burnt out on them at the moment, so I went Sith, just ahead of Mandos. Most factions are fun now that the v-sets have done their magic.

Historically I've run Republic and the Imps quite a bit but the most fun I've had in a while was running the Sith. However, my favorite faction has to be the NR.

I run republic, Impreial and Sith quite frequently but my favorite has to be Mandalorians

My favorite has been New Republic for a long time, though recently I've been having fun running Sith and living Seps

Imperial. I just love playing them in casual and they're great competitively too. Republic is a very close second, though.

It used to be Mandos, just because they were Mandos... Though I always loved how unique of a faction they were, also.
I think it's Sith for me, right now, though. They have more melee pieces, and more high-costing Uniques with cool Force powers. Not to mention, many of my favorite characters are Sith.
Vong would be third.

Yuuzhan Vong. Yomin Carr has seen heavy use when I play, and I can't wait to try out Shedao Shai and the Yammosk. I've always been partial to this faction, and it's the only one I've been going out of my way to continue collecting C/UC for.
Second would be the Sith; can't wait to try out Darth Caedus, SL or that Revan SL+Kaan "nuclear missile" squad I saw on here somewhere.
I'll also play Imperials, but only with Thrawn, since he's by far my most favorite single character.

Old Republic! I'm love with Bastila and Satele. Atton is the man. He and Carth put out ridiculous amounts of damage, the Mirialans are great, and the Senators make the faction playable.
