Here are the Rules: 1. The character must be cannon and from the chosen faction. (can have affinity) 2. You may update any existing versions you already have and/or create a new one. You may update/create several versions of the character but you must ultimately select 1 you wish to run with. (this must be done by the schedule below) 3. Place a hyperlink in this forum to make it easier to find your character. You can just post the stats or image here but if changes are needed it would be easier (and save space) if you just used a Hyperlink (If you don't know how to post Hyperlinks in a forum setting please ask and we will help you. It's not hardLaugh) 4. Please rate the characters in this contest, however don't be so base as to 1 bomb the other characters in this contest. This is a friendly contest, just have fun, be honest and do your best. 5. Voting will look like this: "I rated so-and-so(A) an 8, so-and-so(B) an 9, and so-and-so(C) a 7. My vote goes to so-and-so(B). (this vote counts as 1 point) Please feel free to comment on why you made your choice, (what you liked) or not and just put your scores. 6. Too make things fair you must vote in order to win the contest. 7. The character that is rated the highest in the Bloo Milk rating system will receive a bonus of 2 points. The winner will be decided by how many points they receive (for example: so-and-so(B) received 3 individual votes and received the bonus 2 for being the highest rated character for a total of 5 points) 8. you may not change or update the entered character AFTER the deadline (from Tuesday-Thursday you may get advice and change your character accordingly) Friday at midnight be fore any votes are casted is the deadline.
The schedule will be like this: Monday the winner of last weeks CCC will announce his choice for the character (including his faction), from Tuesday till Friday characters can be created/updated but on Friday you must have picked one character to submit. Then Saturday and Sunday we will vote, and on Monday the winner will be announced.

Hmm, it was a tough choice since I can't be sure that it will come back around to me for a while and there are some really great options, here are the ones I considered: Meetra Surik, in the Fringe,(or Old Republic but we already had an Old Rep piece in the contest) Obi-wan Kenobi or Qui-gon Jinn in the Republic, Ben Kenobi in the Rebels, Darth Tyranus in the CIS, Arden Lyn or Jerec in the Empire, in the New Republic we have C3PO, Artoo, Corran Horn or Amelia Solo. Some suggestions were Darth Bane and Guri. In the End I had to go with my Favorite Star Wars character... Obi-wan Kenobi!

I'mma have to pass here, I think. I may get one by the end of the week, but between mine and CHS123's collaboration set, Forces on Endor, my 3rd full set, baseball and soccer starting up this week, and less time in general to make customs, combined with the fact that at the current time I don't feel a need personally (or have a specific inspiration) to make a Republic Obi-wan, I most likely won't. Congrats on your win DW, and good luck everyone!

I'mma still come and vote on all ya'lls pieces though, so make sure they're good and honest, up to pego's standards! . And PLEEEEASE try to vote as EARLY as possible this time, because I know from experience, waiting until Sunday night, when it gets there, makes it harder to do, easier to forget. But not too early, because then no one is done editing and it's easy to get lost in the thread and gets confusing and what not. Yeah, I'm a bit picky

You could update them (bump them up in the recent custom character field) and see how we like them first. Obi is vary versatile as there is ALOT that can be represented since this faction covers his whole apprenticeship through knighthood and until he reaches Master Status and is apart of the Jedi High Council. We got Obi-wan as a great tactician being a general during the Clone wars, An expert Martial artist as evidenced by being the first Jedi to defeat a sith in 1000 years and survive 2 encounters with Dooku, then defeating Vader in the incredible duel on mustafar. (not to mention being chosen to defeat Grievous because Obi was the foremost master of Soresu) We also have Obi-wan as the Instructor of the Chosen one. Obi-wan is the hero who wasn't exceptionally talented, (Very Unlike his Apprentice, who is perhaps the most talented Jedi ever) who originally was going to end up a AgriCorps farmer since no one chose him as their apprentice (even Qui-gon said no several times) to then Rise up through diligence and hard work to defeat a Sith Lord and become the master of the Chosen One. (I'm sure that if the council would have approved, they would have assigned a "better" master) A very human character that is, in my honest opinion the Model Jedi.

Obi wasn't exceptionally talented? I guess he beat Maul, Jango, Girevious, and Anakin on pure luck.

Back from vacation .... hmmmm .... Let me see if I've got this right .... Revan Vader Chewbacca Shimrra Obi-Wan ... other than Shimrra, there are already multiples of everybody (and the second Andy wins ... Luke will make his guest appearance ) Geez ... I prefer non-uniques myself because they're more challenging. Yet again, I'll pass. If you need an impartial judge let me know. Otherwise, enjoy. Sorry guys.

It's crunch-time for me in school right now, so I might have to pass on this week. If I find the time and inspiration to make a Kenobi, however, I'll be sure to post him.
@corranhorn: He did beat Maul on pure luck. @Deathwielded: I'd make the case that the Jedi Exile was one of the most talented and influential Jedi ever, but that is for another discussion.

There is no such thing as luck, there is only the Force. (take that Han Solo!) Don't forget there is a difference between Talent (what you are born with) and Skill (what you develop and train for) Obi-wan beat Maul with the force, Grievous with Skill and Anakin with a combination of skill, experience and the fact that Anakin was to darn arrogant to jump alittle farther down the slope and continue the fight from there. (Anakin just HAD to show off didn't he ) Did Obi beat Jango? kinda looked like he got thrown of the platform while Jango just went on his marry way. SignerJ wrote: @Deathwielded: I'd make the case that the Jedi Exile was one of the most talented and influential Jedi ever, but that is for another discussion. No argument there. Revan, Meetra Surik, Anakin and Luke are the most talented Jedi the Universe has ever seen (This is not an exhaustive list) Anakin perhaps less so since his full potential was never reached. And honestly for all the talk of him being the chosen One, more powerful then master Yoda, Ect, ect I can't really remember any truly extraordinary feats that would bear this out.

Here is my submission Obi-wan Kenobi Jedi Knight escort. He represents the time he spent with Qui-gon protecting people such as Dtuchess Satine( back when Qui-gon was alive) up until the end of Phantom Menance. I hope you guys enjoy it(: http://www.bloomilk.com/Custom/15964/obi-wan-kenobi--jedi-knight-escort

Obi-Wan Kenobi, Protector of the ForceThis is my attempt , representing in him towards the end of his friendship with Anakin, and his protector hermit stage. A broad stroke I know.

Ok I've decided to use this one Obi-Wan Kenobi, Hero of MustafarObviously this is Obi-Wan during the Duel on Mustafar. It may be a bit of a cop out but his build options are limited in Republic and I'm still unsure of Rebel Affinity.

Really? When did you reach that conclusion? Was it when he took advantage of Maul's overconfidence in a brilliant tactical move that took a significant control over the Force to pull off?
