I'm terrible at these, but I'm thinking something like Invasion Of?? I remember guessing the "Invasion" arc. Sadly, Dark Horse stopped that comic with huge unanswered questions. Maybe, "Invasion of Artorias" which was the planet in the comic where the Vong started their invasion.

There are 10 capital letters. I have a hard time imagining 2 set names requiring that many letters. Something else included.

You can spell Mandalorian with those letters, but not Yuuzhan Vong.
Also can't spell Mercenary. But could spell Mercenaries.

Looking quickly (and I could be wrong,) looks like Mandos and Vong both have 1 a piece in Mini-sets (Mandalore the Lesser, and that Vong manta ray thing.) And I believe somewhere else it was implied it would be Invasion/Vong Themed (both of those groups fit into that theme so that is nice.)

I'm one of the designers of the set - so I can give a little hint. Here's the hint - - - Rearrange the letters to form words that have something to do with V-Set 7. Now that's all you're getting - don't ask for more hints.

(Or at least unsolvable in the amount of time that I would want to put into it.) If someone gets it, I will be impressed, but under the given parameters it's not worth it to me to sink time into it. If I was unclear, I apologize. If that somehow embodies a problem with American education, I don't see it.

OK, in the interest of keeping this moving, I will provide some guidance. The clue contains 4 items; the names of V7's set/subset and 2 characters. So, the observation that there is more included than just the set names was spot on. A glance at the list of existing sets indicates that historically, set names typically range from 1 to 4 words. You can also observe how capitals are typically used in set/character names. Props to DarkDracul for actually attempting to reach a full solution. Good stuff.  I'll give you this 1 correct item to help you proceed:
