Wow. Pawn and Swap on the same character...
Sadly...no affinity for Seps.

As far as Sidious himself, I'm not sure what he needs MOTF 2 for other than missed attacks with Triple, and saves against activation. He can't do two Lightnings or Pawns in one turn. The Sith Swapping is probably the best thing about him.

I have a feeling Yoda is gonna be well within the realm of the believable in terms of stats and abilities.

Wow. He's pretty good. He brings a nice and well needed flavor to Sith. They're still far from comparable to other factions in terms of versatilitity, but Sid is a nice touch. Also, he himself is a self-imposed limitation, seeing as how his Uniqueness precludes the use of HoloSid, as well.

I like it, but I'm not salivating over it. The addition of swapping to the Sith is nice, but most Sith are so expensive that you won't have much room in your squad for activations if you try to use a Sith version on B&B by using Sid and another good beatstick or big shooter.

I guess we still have Maul to look forward to and maybe he will be the key to making Sid worth using.

I like the concept (Pawning SHADs)!!!!!!!!!!

I think swap in a squad that cant include Holosid is a little wasted because you cant lightning much then. I would have liked it better if we had a renewal Lightning character like Disciple of Ragnos.

I dont see what you can do with it of tier 1 value in 150, 1.5 might be a possibility in 200 though.

Don't underestimate the use of MOTF2 for movement. It allows him to move eight and PAWN, move eight and lightning, move eight or ten and still attack. Given his fragility, it allows him to stay hidden and easily attack from farther away. There are a lot of basic movement possibilities.

Hmm, Pawn with Sith Assault Droids...

I like him. Still have the Sith Lord, but I see some very interesting Pawn options for him right now. Be a bit of work to use his swap ability, and since he costs so much, really tough to fit in someone else to work with. I see MOTF 2 there mainly for speed or Essence of Life saves. An interesting fig, and much better than the Sidious, DLOTS.

Well, it could be useful with the new Sith Apprentice piece, who has Lightsaber Throw 2, the Dark Jedi Master from COTF for a quick Lightning attack & we still haven't seen what the Sith Master can do yet.

but with 120 hp 19Def and no way of protecting himself, he will die pretty fast if your not careful.

Yeah and then you have a figure that is virtually useless because you can only lightning once with a DJM with no Holosid so overall attackers will be swapped with this Sidious which isnt a great prospect in the current meta and it will likely get worse for that kind of swap soon.

Currently the only useful Lightning figure with him is Malak, and they have no synergy. If the Sith Lord has a direct damage power and Renewal built in they may have a shot.

Remember, this lets you move, swap, and blow someone up with the swapped piece in one set of activations.

Pawn piece that will be swapped out, run up, end of turn, swap Bane/Big Beatstick of ArseWhupping, activate big piece, blow something up.

Did anyone else notice that it doesnt mention size of character in the CE? Are we to assume he will get the Thrawn errata or is there a chance of swapping uggies for Basilisks? *fingers crossed*
