There on the Database on WOTC  Luminara is a Mini GOWK and Asajj Ventress is a stealth Beast!

Then the new Asajj is very nice. Double/Twin & Stealth?? :)
Interesting on the Soresu Style being non-adjacent. And...she can have a 32def when in cover (with GOWK & Barriss).

Sith rage for a Twining Double attack.. yikes. And then after that, potentially another 2 attacks with rolling cleave.. That could be 180 damage if everything hit.
The Soresu style makes sense though. Everyone was up in arms initially because Soresu is supposed to be better deflecting blaster attacks.

Yes! Ventress is not a letdown or a complete replacement for the old one! I'm definantly going to be using her often.

Asajj is very close to what Imagined, she has twin and double and stealth so she will gain GMA from the TBSV.

Only bummer is she would lose the loner and you have pay 38 points to get her the GM. I think having mice follower her might be the best way to do it.

Wow. Ventress is terrific, and is exactly what the Seps needed from her.
What's the deal with Luminara's Soresu? Non-adjacent attacks? Why not just call it "Evade" and be done with it? It's irrelevant with regard to Makashi because Dooku would be adjacent to her anyhow. Strange.

There was a lot of complaining because Soresu style was mainly developed to better deflect blaster bolts, so it wouldn't make sense to be effective only against melee. I would guess that this is in response to that. Although, I'm not sure why they don't just call it evade. On the other hand, I like the lightsaber styles.

Luminara seems about right. Her not having Renewal isn't a problem for me. Put her with her apprentice, a bacta tank, and GOWK, and together, they could be a pain to fight. I think that both pieces make buying these two map packs worthwhile.
Also, I like the lightsaber styles because they give a little more uniqueness to each character that has one. We still need to see Niman and Shi-Cho made yet.

Keep in mind that these map packs were originally suppose to release around the same time as Clone Wars. So the Soresu Style was designed at the same time as Soresu Style Mastery.
