Yo Bloos,
I'm gearing up for the NZ Champs in July and, with several new players on the horizon and looking to reach out to some of our older players who have been away for a little bit, I'm keen to provide a list of what is hot in the game at the moment so that they can build with confidence. With there being 1500 pieces (and still no C-3PO Jedi Master!) in the game, you can often feel that choosing a squad is daunting. What if I miss something? Are there other amazing pieces I don't know about? Can I really afford to spend the time searching through them all? Well, my idea is that I want to provide a list of the best pieces in each faction so that a casual/newer player can see the best stuff right away. Yes, of course, there will be combinations out there that a) require a little bit of work or finesse, and b) amazing things that haven't yet been discovered (we call those "squads Dr. Daman is yet to run"), but the major highlights (with a few honourable mentions) is what I'm looking to build.
Help me, Bloo-bi-wan Ken-bloo-bi, you're one of my only hopes.

There was a list similar to this a couple years ago. I was thinking it needed up dating but have not had the time to ask for it to be done. Therefore, I say thank you for reading my mind in advance.

Okay, so the idea is that I want everyone and anyone to start posting what they consider are the big players for the ten factions and I will compile a .pdf with cards and information so that everyone can have access to it, especially new and returning players. I also intend to do a Lobot Reinforcements section.

Grievous Wheelbike and snipers made up my regional winning squad and it's nice to be able to have Grievous as a strafer/CE handing piece or as a melee beatstick close range strafer that can't be taken out by buzz droids.

I had a look, and it looks really good to me.
If it's not too late, I kind of want to toss in a couple of extra things - for New Republic, Wedge should probably be in there with Han Corellian Legend, and I'd probably throw in some more stuff for Republic, notably Mace LotLS, Cin Drallig, and maybe the Gungan Shieldbearer.

This last paragraph doesnt read properly though. If you’re new to the game, or been out for some time, or are a casual player looking to try the tournament scene, this will help you know work what’s the best stuff for each faction AND (maybe more importantly?) help you know what you might just see across the table. The first bold section I think you may have to add the word "have" before been. But I may just be being pedantic. IDK, it just doest read right to me. Second bold section, I have no idea what you're trying to say there.....
