My overall is probably a tie between JA and KOTOR. KOTOR made the Sith competitive (well...to some extent) and made the OR playable for the first time.
JA made OR a solid Tier 2 in 200 with Exile and the right backup, and the Sith got the concept figures of their squads (DJMs) cheapened by 6 points and then given Force Lightning AND Assault instead of Sith Lightning and Master Speed.
