Ewok
Glossary Text:
An Ewok is any character with the word "Ewok" in its name or that has the Ewok special ability.
Yes! C3PO is an ewok! You can now use him to swarm your opponent (as long as you can move him to place).
Of course it will be better if we had a Ewok shaman:
Ewok shaman
SA: Ewok Worshipper (as long as you control an ewok deity, allied ewoks gets swarm +2, speed 8 and Avoid defeat)

For 5pts he offers draw fire and disruptive, he's not that bad. Course he can't really survive much fire, but the evade helps. Just need a NR mini with C3PO affinity like the Solo kids.

I like c3p0 on throne i use him with luke commando to thorw him into line of sight on a map like death star he always earns his 5 point cost with me he also helps protect your rebel ce givers (Riekan and dodonna) that people always use. Dont hate on him he's only 5 points

What do you think? If there was an ewok swarm worth using then sure, but right now, ewoks with the exception of wicket are utility pieces and point fillers. So your idea is novel, it is most likely never to se function. Oh and crappio is still crap, if you need him to be helping your ewoks your in big trouble already
