Hi everyone! This is announcing this year's fifth Sunday Regional! Creatively titled: JULY SUNDAY REGIONAL!!!ALL ARE WELCOME, regardless of geography!!! Please let me know in this thread if you plan on playing. I'll have a running list Standard 200pt squads. Bring your good stuff. --->THIS WILL BE THE FINAL SUNDAY REGIONAL BEFORE VASSAL CON AND THE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS!!! Additional request - Have a Discord account! It is FREE! It is super handy! We can all chat in the main room between games. You can check out other people's games if you finish early (and hear them talk!) Not required, but strongly encouraged! Squads and map selections can be PMed to TimmerB123 anytime after Thursday July 8th (I will PM a neutral party my squad before then). Please send squad link, copy/paste of squad, map, and DISCORD NAME (with the # and 4 digits) *Registration ENDS July 11th at 11:30am central time (please save your squad on vassal beforehand for efficiency) *Rounds begin promptly at 12:30pm central time (1:30pm Eastern). {Please gather in Vassal and Discord by 10 minutes before the hour} Gameplay in each round will last exactly 75 minutes. Each player is responsible for timing their own games. Players are expected to set up and be ready to start at a reasonably fast pace to keep the tournament moving. Number of Swiss (initial) rounds depend on number of participants. <8 = 3 rounds, cut to top 2 (or just straight 4 rounds of Swiss, decided based on numbers) 9-16 = 4 rounds, cut to top 4 17-32 = 5 rounds (very optimistic here), cut to top 4 There will be a break after round three, unless people want a break at another time. Legal Map Lists will be:Bothan Spynet Cantina Outlaw City Rhen Var Citadel Ravaged Base (Commander's Office) Starport District Starport Terminal Throne Room (The restricted list maps, all available on Vassal) ALSO NOTE: Players will be responsible for knowing all errata, floor rules, etc. Changes can be found here: http://www.bloomilk.com/Forums/default.aspx?g=posts&t=20395and here: http://www.bloomilk.com/Forums/default.aspx?g=posts&t=28568This will be an official Star Wars™ Miniatures SWMGPA (Star Wars Miniatures Gamers Players Association) sacnctioned event. The SWM GPA Floor Rules will be in effect. (The Star Wars Miniatures SWMGPA (Star Wars Miniatures Gamers Players Association) Floor Rules and the Star Wars Miniatures Game Rules should be read and understood by all players wishing to compete in sanctioned events. All SWMGPA members participating in SWMGPA-sanctioned Star Wars™ Miniatures events must abide by these rules.) Those playing:*TimmerB123 *thereisnotry *UrbanShmi *Udorian84 *spryguy1981 *Naarkon *AceAce *Dark_Dracul *Randy *Darth_Jim* = Squad submitted

I'm in! I think I already posted this, but for some reason it seems that the post has been disintegrated.

I would like to play. What versions of vassal and the swm module are the most up to date?

Also, we pushed the tournament back for Mando, but he’s not playing. I think most people would rather start earlier.
Would everyone rather start at 11am central? (We’ll only change it if that works for everyone)

No, it was advertised as 12:30 central and it will stay that. I was only going to change it if it was good with everybody. Time will remain 12:30 central.

And I’ve submitted my squad to Mando.
You can submit your squads to me at any time.
