Go to this this thread on Wizards. Roger, Roger only affects droids with a damage value greater than 0. This means, of course, that the Separatist players who planned to deploy swarms of attacking Mouse Droids will instead have to settle for installing Grenade Launchers and First Aid Kits on them like the rest of us.  I don't have any particular feelings about the change; swarms of shooting Mice was pretty silly to start with, and they were never going to be really dangerous, anyway. So, does this affect the playability of the Battle Droid Sergeant? Will it be played to pump up existing Separatist squads or would you rather spend the points on another IG-86?

Roger Roger should HAVE that stated on the Ability. Im sorry, but this Falls into the GOWK category. my mousies were hitting at a plus 8 to attack 4 FRAGGIN TIMES!! it isnt silly that mouse droids can attack and HIT you, because for the last 3 years wizards has been printing abilities that make you "Scratch" your head, and they havent fixed them!

honestly I'm a little bummed out. I was hoping to fight 20 god-like Mouse Droids at once. Now they'll only be demi-god like at best.

Ya know what?!
if the Idiots at WIZARDS OF THE COAST (And i can call them that all i want since i SPEND MONEY on this game) want to change what a CARD says, then they need to UPDATE LS defense. I.E- When darth Sidious wants to ZAP someone with LIGHTNING, on a Save of 11, this character takes no damage. that would be cumulative to an attack as well.
for years now, we have heard that the actual "Events" that took place in the movies have no effect in the game.
Now, with all these people worried about their "Cannons" and the "Variables", they dont want mousies shooting at them!

Grenade launching Mice are more fun anyway.  BDS = Overseer as far as playability. Well, somewhat better as it's a droid/follower. Good use: stick him near a B3 (+ Whorm) and Pawn the B3.  Reckless, but fun use: Pawn the BDS, run him into the midst of a crowd of enemies, then send in the Lancer.

To be honest I'm glad. That means the demand on them might be jsut a bit smaller--maybe a bit. Also, other than the 28 defense, which was very nice I might add, regular battle droids work just as well for just one more point and it fits the reality check better.

GOWK is a completely different subject, but this? i TRADED VERY WELL FOR MY MOUSE DROIDS THAT GO FOR 7.00$ A POP! Im a HUndred dollars in the hole!!! Why couldnt WIZARDS let us Know that this was going top happen before the FACT!!?? THIS IZ WHY GOWK IZ A SEPERate SuBjEct!!" his card says what it says, WE BANNED IT! We came out with JG Obi! now we are changing what a CARD SAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????????????????????????????? it says "non unique" it says " droid characters" IT SAYS DROIDS!!!!!!!! Wizards screwed the Pooch on this one. For those who think they might "Bait" me on the TOPIC, Im willing to be banned on this, test me.

I don't think mouse droid prices will lower a lot with this change, but at least people won't be so obsessive over them.

Agree. Mice will probably not drop much in price. A reprint of them would help. Errata: they could have given the mice melee instead. Would have had nearly the same effect, while leaving a few other less difficult to kill trash cans to shoot with. Still wouldn't be fair to the poor uggies though. They could also errata Satchel Charge to do 10 damage to adjacent droid enemies, save 11.

Dude, its not about VALUE! its the principal. alot of us were anticipating this, alot of us! we thought since bactas could toss nades, Mousies could SHOOT YOU(it doesnt say melee on their card either). But no. Not the case. my language is based off of my frustration with what has happened in this game. first banned PIECE-GOWK next re-write on a card!? MOUSIES! if a Caamasi noble can shoot you, why cant a MOUSIE!!??
