Hi guys!
You have all (most likely) had practice creating stats for Star Wars Minis (FORDO) but now you can try creating characters from other galaxies (not so far away) such as Batman, Wolverine, Professor X, Spider-Man, Super Man, Hawk Man, Martian Man Hunter, Wonder Woman, Flash, Thing (Fantastic 4), Maybe even Mr. Incredible!
Here is my challenge:
1. try to make Super Heroes (and Villains!) fairly without overpowering them. (this may be hard, especially for Super Man)
2. Okay, I'm changing it! try not to make more that 3 new abilities per character.
3. Try to make each character as accurate as possible.
4. HAVE FUN!

Batman VR 60p pts. Fringe HP-120 ATT-12 DEF-22 DMG-20 Melee, Unique (Counts as Bruce Wayne), Loner, Disruptive, Vigilante (+4 ATT and +10 DMG against Fringe enemies), Intuition, Cloaked, Twin, Grapple Gun (This character has flight for the first 6 squares of movement each turn) Force 4 Batarang 1 (Force 1: replaces attacks 10 DMG to target ignoring cover and target loses 2 ATT for the rest of the skirmish,save 16 negates. This ability stacks with itself) Alfred, Butler VR ? light side HP-70 ATT-6 DEF-17 DMG-10 Melee, It's a Trap!, Heal 20 Force 2, Renewal 2 Mind Trick CE:Allied characters in the Bat-Team (Night-Wing, Robin, Batgirl, commissioner Gordon, ect.) may spend this character's FPs. Characters may combine their own FPs with this character. Mr. Freeze (one of my favorites) VR 35 Fringe HP-80 ATT-8 DEF-21 (he wears armor) DMG-10 Crack Shot (version of crack gunner)(attacks may not be reduced, blocked, or redirected) Freeze Ray (When 1 of this character's attacks hit the target is considered activated)(no save!), Deep Freeze (When this character gets a crit the target is considered activated and can't block, deflect, evade, parry, ect. until the target next activates) Scare Crow R 25 Fringe HP-80 ATT-10 DEF-18 DMG-20 Melee Reach 2 (Scythe), Evade, Hallucination (All enemies within 6 squares lose 5 ATT and 5 DEF) The Penguin R 35 Fringe (small) Penguin (like Gungan for Jar Jar or Ithorian for Roran Corob) HP-100 (he's fat) ATT-12 DEF-19 DMG-20 Unique (Counts as Oswald Cobblepot), Penguin Reserves 20 (on an initiative roll of 1, 10, or 20 you may add 20 pts. of penguins to your squad), Umbrella (it's the Gungan Shieldbearer/X1 ability) CE: Allied penguins gain +4 ATT and +10 DMG Penguins UC 5 Fringe HP-10 ATT-5 DEF-12 DMG-10 Machine Gun (Replaces turn: this character can move double his speed and attack each enemy within line of site. They still can't attack characters with Stealth, Cloaked, ect.), Speed 4 Robin R 25 Light Side HP-60 ATT-10 DEF-18 DMG-10 Unique (Counts as Richard Grayson), Melee, Grapple Gun, Quadruple, Greater Mobile, Synergy (+4 ATT and +4 DEF if an allied Batman is within 6 squares) Force 2 Batarang 1

Here we Go, one I came up with. not going over 2 abilities is hard:
Iron Man 75 pts
Hit Points: 130 Defense:20 Attack: +12 Damage:20
Unique(Counts as Tony Starks), Melee Attack, Damage Reduction 10, Flight, Regeneration 10, Double Attack, Cyborg, Overdrive( Replaces turn; this character gets +2 defense, +2 Attack, +2 Speed and +20 damage until the end of the second turn this character uses this ability. When this ability ends, this character takes 20 damage, ignoring Damage Reduction 10. Additionally, when this character uses the Particle Laser ability, that attack gets an extra +10 damage.) Particle Laser( Replaces attacks; range 6 in a straight line. 20 damage to each character in line of fire, and each character is activated, save 11. Additionally, droids hit by this ability take an extra 10 damage, and the activation save is increased to 16. This character takes 20 damage after using this ability.)

@Evilyeti: You say Scarecrow is fragile? on a 17 point piece he has 80 Hps, 18 defense and evade. That isn't very fragile in my book...

I don't mind constructive criticism. If you think one of my characters is unfare tell me and i'll see what I can do. Or you could make your version of that character how you think he should be.

He's chaotic good. Zayne, Juhani, Lando, and Wicket are all good guys, but they're Fringe.

Special Abilities
Unique (Counts as Superman and Clark Kent) Flight Triple Attack Greater Mobile Attack Invincibility (When this character takes damage, it can reduce the damage dealt by up to 20 each time with a save of 6, then 16. Reduce the damage dealt by 10 with each successful save) Speed 8 Heat Vision (replaces attacks, make 2 attacks at +12 attack and +10 damage against an enemy within line of sight, ignoring cover. That enemy is considered activated this round, save 11 negates.) Freeze Breath (replaces attacks, 20 damage and push target character back 5 squares.)
Commander Effects
Allied Justice League Members get +4 attack and +10 damage against dark side and fringe factions. Allied Justice League Members get +2 defense.

Adamantium Claws(Ignores Damage Reduction; +10 Damage against droid or cyborg enemies. This character can attack doors, removing them from battle with a save of 6; this replaces attacks. When an enemy tries to negate this character's attacks with an ability that requires a save of 11, it is increased to a save of 16.)
