I have a question for anyone who is interested. I have all of the Ultimate Missions Books. Well I noticed myself and a lot of other people have posted on how unbalanced they are. Well I was wondering if people here would be interested in remaking them, and posting the results here? I don't have all the figs myself but I do have quite a few. I was thinking maybe as a team we, (those who are interested) could balance them out and post our results. Maybe each person take a mission and remake it. I think this sounds like a fun thing to try out as I myself would like to make some custom scenario's to go with my scenario squads and I could use some practice.

I agree that people should do exactly what you said SquelchDog. I dont' have any of the Ultimate Missions books, so I can't help out sadly. But I would like to see the results for any ultimate mission re-dos.

If I had time, as I posted in the other thread, I've always wanted to do this. Some of the scenarios aren't too bad, but might have to relook at tweaking which mini they use in each. It might make them more fair now since we have so many of each unique to choose from. Sub'ing one Anakin for another, or Dooku for Tyranus...etc, might make all the difference now. ;)

My friends and me generally just get as close as we can to the suggested squads, as in most missions, we don't have the exact minis. This balances up some games, but completely ruins others ( GGDAC is a bit of a mean one). Reworking missions should be fun...

This is a big job, one that will take time. Sadly I don't have time to devote to this, but I wish you the best in your efforts. Would be a good excuse to break the movies out, no? :)

I am planning on buying a second Clone Strike Ultimate missions book. I was talking a map trade with someone. Now if the trade goes thru I plan on trading the map, keeping the 2-D tile's and either giving the book to a buddy of mine or trading it here if someone who doesn't have a copy want's one. When I get some more free time I'll post more here on the original topic.

@ Squelchy If you're interested in the UM Redux, get in touch with Fool. I know he mentioned that he wanted to do this sometime.

I did, I still do but I just do not have the time right now to dedicate to this. I will look at some things put forward and comment where I can but that's about it. This does need some work though and Doug had a great idea with dusting off the movies - well said :)

Myself I don't have a lot of time to dedicate to it but I figured a little here and a little there and see what happens. I have all the movie's, between myself and my brother I think we even have double's of them all.

Bump-a-roo. Just seeing if anyone else is interested in helping out with this. I haven't had much time to dedicate to it recently.

I own all the books and would definitly be interested in helping with this, sadly it would have to wait about four months or so until after tour. But then I will jump in.
