I've just ordered Armored Cartographers Map Pack 3: Desert City Invasion from Miniature Market. At 15$ for 8 maps (4 double-sided)!! I figured I couldn't go too wrong with these. Looking at the pics, they seem to be really nice but I just wish you could have larger pics than those, although I could at least figure out that they seem to be using the color codes for SW Minis (at least I think I saw Low Objects Green on them)
Anybody here that have/played those?

Terrain markings are fully compliant with SWM. They are excellent maps. 4 maps combine together in many arrangements for a giant battle. The other sides of the maps are all cool as well. $15 is a steal for these.
Enjoy!

I have them and I haven't played on them just yet. I have played several maps made by Jedi Cartographer and love them all. Map pack 4 is sweet by the way and has 2 maps not shown on MM.

I highly recommend them as well. If you ever want to play a gigantic battle spanning four maps, this is probably the best set to do it on, especially assuming you use huges.
Only thing close to as cool would be Mapmaker's Mass Transit set, but those you might have more issues with huge movement and doors.
You wont be disapointed.

Thanks for the feedback, I most surely will have a blast with these! Indeed, the Map Pack 4 looks awesome, I will probably end up buying it eventually but I have many maps I didn't even have played on yet. (I have only been playing for 3 months)
So, Armored Cartographer = Jedi Cartographer? I assume Miniature Market didn't want any trouble selling stuff with the Jedi name in it?

Armored Cartographer is the combined name for the combined work done by the users who go by Armored Gear 7 and Jedi Cartographer.

I've played on them all multiple times and you can't really go wrong with 8 maps for $15. The stock looks like it's getting low too... get them before it's too late?
If you do mass battles or more causual play, everything will get a lot of use and there's not really a bad map in the bunch. If you only want the absolute most balanced hardcore tourney maps you might be wise to get Map Pack 4 instead if you can only get one as those designs seem a bit more applicable to that environment.

Any map that's interesting is welcomed! I only play with a small group of friends (a lucky group of guys who rely on me buying all the stuff! ) So no, nothing even remotely close to "hardcore tourney" or official...as long as a map makes for an interesting game, I'll take it!

Map Pack 3 is a freaking rip-off, and the guys that made them are a couple of noobs.

Seriously, Those maps in MP3 have been our biggest seller of all time, and I've never heard one bad thing about them. We're extremely proud of them.
I will personally guarentee them. If you don't like them send them to me and I'll give you a refund out of my pocket.

I just finally received them by mail, they look awesome! We will play on them sunday night. Don't worry, I'm pretty sure I won't ask for a refund... Thanks for making those! (And thanks to the SWM community in general, you're the reason why I'v started into a discontinued game! It might be "officially" dead but it sure isn't in reality!)

First maps I got (besides starter(, and I always brag (literally) whenever I play minis, "Who wants to play on the one-of-a-kind maps only I have here?" Your maps are sick.

Jedicartographer wrote:pffft...Jedicartographer. Betty White makes better maps But you are marginally more handsome. The problem with the Betty White maps is that they all have Snickers candy bar smudges on them. Yours just have beer glass ring stains.
