What are the figures that have been distorted when you received them? Like headless, missing an arm or something? Mine is I got a Kit Fisto, Jedi Master. I saw he had no head. A headless Kit Fisto.

I got a Jax Pavan with his arm not glued into the socket. The arm was there, it just won't really stay in the arm hole.
That's the only problem I've had I believe.

I once got a Nightsister Sith Witch that was missing her lightsaber arm (of course the saber was gone too), so I contacted Wizards and they sent me a new one. Of course, the one they sent me was also defective; it was missing a leg  . I contacted them a second time and they sent me another figure (this one was in one piece), so now I have three Sith Witch figures, two defective ones, and only one card.

While none of my minis have been damaged out of the box, a few have been horribly mispainted, the most notable ones being a Boba, YM whose eyes were painted where his eyebrows would have been leaving empty sockets and a CS Padme who didn't get enough hair paint making her look like a Klingon.

i was so excited at one point to find that i had gotten the ORriginal Emperor Palpatine, in 2008. i had waited since rebel storm came out to get him. WHen i opened the booster his hands were both broken off honding the lightning. it looked realy odd...

My first Lumiya the Dark Lady's whip hand had snapped off in the booster at some point.

I have an Elite Clone Trooper Commander that has a misprinted face. He has empty indents where it was meant to be, but it was stamped on at the top of his head!

I have Lobot of borg (the silver for his cybornetic implant covers half his face) I added a red dot for his eye :)
I also got the CS Count Dooku from a pack that has the force lightning hand, but the lightsaber was missing. Unfortunately I got the pack after Wizards stopped producing the game :(

The sculpt was fine, but I got a GOWK that was missing a few paint apps, including his beard, so he was GOSK (General Obi-Shaved Kenobi)

Obi-shaved Kenobi is funny, maybe he lost that bet with Anakin.
Anyway...The most disorted mini I've ever recieved or the closet thing to it is when I ordered an Anakin Skywalker, Jedi Knight, I got an ALderran trooper fig instead of the real fig.
As for becoming disorted, my GGDAC eventually got his body snapped off of his base, and he had 2-3 repairs to his leg beforehand.
