I left off Imperial Commander, well, because of the name; and Dark Jedi because there are only 9 options.

None of them, because Vader doesn't belong in the Sith. =)

i went with champion of the sith. makes sense to me. I kn ow this will get some negative feedback, but for years we have allowed in house rules anyone with Darth in their Name can be in a sith squad.

I actually like the idea of a Sith Vader given the other Sith that we have (doubly so because several have Sith in the name), but also appreciate the arguments against many of the current versions being Sith.

The two I think fit the best are Darth Vader, Sith Apprentice and Anakin Skywalker, Sith Apprentice -- these both cover the very short time after he became a Sith / was converted to the dark side in ROTS and seem to qualify as Sith at least as much as some other current Sith (i.e., since these were just before and also including the very beginning of the time the Empire started... I especially like the idea that he is not wearing the typical Darth Vader suit or armor in either sculpt... i.e., it captures the fact that this was very early in his Sith career). I think it would be very easy and a good idea to make Sith versions of this sort of figure.

I don't think there is a right or wrong answer here as both options would be fine from a game perspective, but this is the option I like best.

I vote none as well...for the sole reason that the Sith should be split up by era anyway.
Sith = Old Republic time period
Separatist (Sith manipulated/ruled thru Darth Sidious) = Republic period (note: this is the only time I could justify a sub-faction for Sith)
Imperial (Sith ruled thru Darth Sidious) = Rebellion period (well...techinally the Empire period)
New Sith = New Republic period

Is there an official name for the "New Sith"?

A quick note: WOTC set a precident with HoloSid...a Separatist era character but found in the Sith faction. Hmm...?

EDIT: I stand (well...sit actually) corrected. It was a Trade Federation invasion, not a Separatist. (read below)

We could have a house rule for including HoloSid in separatist squads!

I agree AG7.
Actually, the question was brought up during a Q/A session with Rob back in the day: Why didn't HoloSid have Affinity for Seps. He response was something like it was overlooked. I so wished they would have errata'd to add the Affinity...but alas they did not.

Dudes, I too agree - NO SITH VADER - but in the spirit of the poll I go with Lord Vader. Just think, him and darth Bandon.

Incorrect, there were no Separatists at the time frame we see HoloSid. It may be odd to a degree, which I don't dispute given Maul's inclusion in the Seps, but it's not at all out of place. :)

Was not Nute Gunray part of the Separatists?
The blockade of Naboo was a Separatist ploy correct?
Perhaps I need to rewatch Episode 1 this weekend...

EDIT: Hmm...definitely need to rewatch the first two episodes. I guess I forgot about the Trade Federation was responsible for the invasion of Naboo. (NOT the Separatists)

Hehe :)

Nute does end up joining the Separatists (or is the first to leave - don't really remember) but that's not until well after Episode 1 is over, Maul is dead, and the scene with Holosid long forgotten :)

Personally, I like Vader CotS with Bane or Naga. Probably won't miss twice, and if they do they have MotF2. Sneaky

Yeah...I had to Wookipedia Nute to get it straight in my head. It's just been too long since I watched the movies. Must rectify that!
