But Luke Commando can also levitate Kota. Just simply on the merit of being more famous and not having to let someone die first, Kota gets my vote.

(or Panaka to swap him) While thats true, R2 would die in the blast, and wouldnt be able to tow him after that, and in the poem, he clearly refers to a piece released after him, and since R2 was released before Kota, and Luke after, its gotta be Luke. I agree that its Kota.
