"Deadlines

Rounds will be two weeks long, running from Tuesday to Tuesday. The Supreme Commander who is selecting maps for the round must announce the map selections (in the Standings thread on BlooMilk) by 8pm EST on the day the Round starts, preferably much earlier than that.

Both Supreme Commanders must then tell their factions their character allocations (i.e. which player gets what characters) by Friday at noon EST – again, preferably earlier. That gives the players two full weekends plus a couple of days to get their games in.

Players must post their results (in the Standings thread on BlooMilk) by 8pm EST on the last day of the round."

Confused some confusion with supreme commanders,Referee, and other players of BEYOND ENDORUnsure

Bob Chizo posted less than 24 hours late. How do we know if he had computer problems or if his opponent was supposed to post and didn't. AH, it's your call

Actually the forum time-stamps aren't the most accurate. as I'm not sure which time zone they are in but they seem to be about 5-hours fast of EST (for instance I posted this at 3:40 EST but my time stamp reads 8:40.) So it looks like Bob Chizo still posted on Tuesday night late by only a few hours.

I've been lenient with time deadlines in the past for this Campaign giving most people the benefit of a few hours so I will continue to be and say that since it was still on Tuesday night that Bob Chizo's skirmish counts.

@Jak you said your errors were deadline based, they were not. The errors you made were in terms of assignments, it had nothing to do with deadlines.

just so I'm clear as a crystal ball
deadlines are not deadlines (more of a set of guidelines)

so........the noon deadline for the supreme commanders to assign pieces, I use as a guide line

I'll send out the assigned pieces, when they are requested.
I've requested requests many time.

ps- only one Imp. has requested pieces so far.so why am I trying to follow the rules when no body else
shivs a git

peace

You will send out assignments on the day you are supposed to give out assignments. It isn't anyone's job to request them, it is your job to assign them. But if you are busy I'm not going to penalize the players if you send them at 3 instead of noon.

Everyone has lives outside of this game, I want them to have fun playing the campaign, the deadlines are a bullseye; if you are a few hours late I'm not going to penalize you, if you are a day late then I'm going to penalize you.

Jak, calm down buddy, I was just explaining my choices. I'm not saying you don't understand, I'm not calling you names for asking questions. I didn't say you accused any one of anything, I was just explaining myself. Its all cool ok?

A group of Wookiees, with Rebel commandos on speeder bikes as escorts, were scouting the caves of illum to set up a base for the Rebellion, but on their way out of the caves, they were ambushed by snowtroopers, who had been stationed on Illum since the jedi purge to ambush any jedi that had shown up, that had set up there E-Web cannons just inside the cave entrance. The band of rebels were caught completely unaware, and their escorts were taken out immediately. After that, it was an easy victory for the Empire.

Final Score:
Empire: 84
Rebellion: 61

Edit: Oh, and no uniques defeated. (we weren't allowed to receive allocations this round.)

For the convenience of the Supreme Commanders, here is a list of maps that the players have available. When you're making the map list, be sure you don't assign a map to someone who doesn't have the map available. If anyone posts (or emails me) a more complete list of the maps you have available, I'll copy it to this post for easier reference.

Maps: Limited number of maps
Crystal Caves/Coruscant Streets
Christophis/Trains on Christophsis (starter pack)

Thanks to Jak, I received Muunlist Commerce Plaza (sorry if I didn't spell that right)/Christophis (intact)

Also, for the purpose of making everything look nice, the map on the back of Christophis is Freight Transit Station.

Victory on Ithor!

In a very fast paced/low activation skirmish a dominating victory was achieved for the Rebellion.

Final Score: 156-5

My squad... "Shocking, positively shocking."

Galen Marek
Yoda of Dagobah
Laranth Tarek
General Rieekan
Juno Eclipse
RCME x2
Rebel Vanguard x2
R7

captaingig's squad...

DV, LotF replaced by Lord Vader via Pellaeon's CE
Adm Gilad Pellaeon
Imp Officer
Stormie on Rep Sled
Adv Scout Trooper
Imp Engineer
Rodian Assassin x4
R7
Rodian Brute x2
MSD

The big moment of this match was when Pellaeon went and hid in the rear ranks. This enabled Galen and Yogobah to be an effective team in the gambit zone and never underestimate the value of the Rebel Vanguard.

Uniques lost:

Imperials - Lord Vader
Rebel - None (very close calls for both Juno & Laranth)
