the wookiees and their tasty dried flesh, have fallen to the Confederacy
score 183-71 BX sniper & spotters laid waste to the Naboo pilots sent to help the Wookiees clowns on speeders caused minor concern, but they could not penetrate our droids armor
we have made a deal with the Transdosians to set up a skinning & drying operation to feed the non-droids on our side

Cptn Panaka reporting. Sir, with the excellent squad at my disposal I felt confident of victory.
56 Clone Trooper on Speeder x2 20 Captain Panaka of Theed 17 Odd Ball 90 Naboo Pilot x9 8 R7 Astromech Droid 6 Naboo Trooper 3 Mouse Droid (200pts. 16 activations)
Sifting through battle reports I could see no serious threat that our deep strike Speeders and up close Pilots couldn't handle. Landing on Kashyyyk we encountered something our opponents hadn't yet deployed together; the BX Commando team.
24 Commando Droid Captain 16 Battle Droid Sergeant 64 BX Commando Droid Spotter x4 60 BX Commando Droid Sniper x4 9 Battle Droid Officer 8 R5 Astromech Droid 8 R7 Astromech Droid 8 Battle Droid x2 3 Mouse Droid (200pts. 16 activations)
Well, nothing for it but to hold the middle tree and force my opponent to come get us. WOW Half his squad was on the move before we had our orders given. One speeder held the middle and another got a three strafe off with one hit while my pilots got into position. Holy Force they're moving again, almost like those droids know where we're heading. One poor strafe one dead Speeder and one dead R-7. Eat grenades klankers! Again those droids seemed to know just how to dodge our grenades. We were rushed by these super fast accurate shooting killers. Sad to report our entire detachment of troops was eliminated.
Seps 183 Republic 71
PS. As we were leaving, overheard one droid saying to another "skinning Wookiees takes a long time, wish we had some Trandoshans here"
Wookiee jerky for everybody.

Clone Commander reporting in. We landed at the Shipping Dock with a full force of wookies. Our demos were ready to blast the doors. Mace Windu led the attack for the center command center. We snuck in a held our forces. Our wookiees in cover were able to expertly blast the droids as they came out. Expert use of door control allowed us to lock down the droids we were facing.
Asajj Ventress and a team of Droid Assassins and Tactical droids came out of the ship but were locked down pretty fast. Asajj retreated after we had killed all four of her Droid Assassins.
After the droids had retreated, we captured Dr. Evazan, and he is now in our control.
All the remaining droid parts were gathered up and used for scrap metal by the wookiees. Long live the Republic!
Final Score: Republic: 91 Separatist: 55 (Map: Off Worlds Shipping Center)
Uniques killed: T3-M4

juice man Quote:Sad to report our entire detachment of troops was eliminated. Just curious, as neither you or Jak mentioned it, were any uniques killed? Because, by the CIS's score of 183 I see that your whole squad wasn't defeated, yet you mention that your entire detachment of troops was eliminated. I'm sure you would have mentioned it, had a unique been killed. But the above portion of your report left me wondering.

Both Panaka and Odd Ball stayed well out of Sniper scopes. (Behind a big tree) Mouse did survive. Overlooked mousie when adding up total.

I figured it would have been reported had a unique been defeated. I was just re-reading your report and that sentence just gave me pause for a moment. Pity, having Panaka out for the rest of the game would have been nice for the CIS.

Do Flying arrow and ultrastar receive allocations this round despite not playing their last game? (Not that the latter game will ever be played it seems...)

*****CIS COMBAT REPORT***** *****C L A S S I F I E D*****
TO: General Grievous - CIS Supreme Commander FROM: Commander Den - Commanding Officer 25th Droid Infantry Unit LOCATION: Unidentified starship adrift in space SUBJECT: Starship in Distress
NARRATIVE:
I dispatched a squad of Klatooinian Assassin's along with an R7 unit to check out a distress signal coming from a damaged starship that was adrift in space. I sensed it could be a trap, so I didn't send any troops that I deemed "valuable". We arrived to find a Republic squad in the midst of what looked like a rescue mission. It seems that Queen Amidala was being escourted off the ship by a squad of Senate Commandos lead by Captain Argyrus. The Kaltooinians instantly cloaked and engaged the enemy.
Suffice to say it was a hard fought battle. I sacrificed multiple Klatooinians in order to kill the Senate Commandos and a Gungan Shieldbearer that was protecting them. We wanted to kill the Queen but she and her command staff stayed hidden so we had to focus on the targets at hand. They would have easily defeated us had we not relentlessly wore them down. In the end, we managed to finish off as many targets as we could, achieving a come from behind victory with only 2 activations remaining.
I lost 8 Klatooininan Assassins but feel it was worth the sacrifice. We managed to kill 4 Senate Commandos, a Gungan Shieldbearer, and several other minor troops.
Final Score: CIS 129 - Republic 111
Uniques lost: None
CIS Squad: 192 Klatooinian Assassin x16 8 R7 Astromech Droid
(200pts. 17 activations)
I have returned to my ship to await further orders.
*****END COMBAT REPORT*****
