Why is that?

And that is easily remedied by making certain pieces non restricted, or by allowing fringe bounty hunter type pieces like be empire has now.
Round 1 Bossk
Round 2 IG 86s??
Round 3 Embo
Round 4 Zam
Round 5 Jango/Boba
Round 6 Cad Bane

Also the seps have some pretty rocking pieces and only one Naboo pilots team since they would be restricted. Yes they are outgunned for Heros but there is a decent amount
Grievous
Whorm
Nute (swarms)
Dooku
Sideous (pawning lancer!!!)
Savage
Maul
Asajj
Aurra
Durge
Wat (reserves)

There are less heroes to lose so the sep players will have to take care but it's not impossible.

Any common and uncommon droids should be unrestricted.

Can you get on Vassel? If so there are some players who need opponents.

It really depends on what pieces are set as restricted/unrestricted. In this campaign, we really just went with anything that anybody ever plays - it's restricted. Unrestricted is all the stuff nobody plays... at least never plays without a boost anyway. But then the boosts were restricted (e.g. Stormtroopers). You could do it the same way, but if that looks unbalanced, just moving the BDO to the unrestricted list would do a lot to improve the Seps' chances.

Or if you have your own opponent, you could jump in next round (round 4). I don't think there would be any objections.

Are you looking for a Vassal opponent? If you have an opponent in person, that could work as well. Although it is recommended that they have a bloomilk account - or at least an email account.

I have friend who is willing, and I'm sure he would make a bloomilk account. Also could you briefly explain what we do? Like I'm not sure what minis I can use and such.
Thanks!

The Imperial Supreme Commander is Jak
The Rebel Supreme Commander is KnappSkirata.

Once you and your opponent pick sides Jak or Knapp will bloomail your orders for the round.

I've rather enjoyed cobbling together my squads after allocations, tends to give it the real army flavor.
