Your claims are invalid, and I'm going to give you 48 hrs to publically take them back or I'm calling my lawyer, and she can ask you to take the statements back.
the only thing I am guilty of is agreeing to June 1st to start. But like I said I told you I didn't want to take your money until I could actually start, for fear that something was going to come up, and several things did come up, none of which are your business
I don't see how u can "call your lawyer" on him for this. He's already given up getting his map all he posted up was feedback that this thread asked for from his perspective. If you know hes wrong or right then just comment your point of view. why the law has to get into this is beyond me. You guys had an arrangement it didn't go well. So what just move on and go the next person because if u stay in the past nothing good will come of it and you two will be arguing on here and this is a friendly site there should be no bad blood between you guys. I say work out what happened or just move on but there is no reason the Legal system should be brought into a petty squabble like this one. it's easy to bring up lawyers for me. This isn't my primary income, but it is part of my livelihood. on SEVERAL levels. My partner also relies on the income from our map business as well. When you publically go into our biggest source of business and blast me because your feelings are hurt, it hurts the business that he and I have created. A business we've worked at for almost 10 years now, for little money at all. It VERY SERIOUS what he's done here, and I won't take it lightly. I'm not going to talk things out with him until he falls back and rephrases some things and cools down.

Woah he needs to cool down? you need to cool down ur the one acting like a total jerk right now. this thread was made for clients and feed back about your work. Corran said your maps were not horrible and that they were great and he also said he understood that you were very busy. and what kind of company are you and ur friends running if you cant even handle 1 client that got upset? if i wanted a map buy a certain time and didnt have it on the time agreed i would be pretty up set like Corran because my gaming budget is very tight i dnot have money to throw around on maps and minis. He didnt slander your company all he said was that your guys deal fell through he was stating his opinion and all this fighting on here on the Milk well just tear a hole in the SWM community which is a small community as it is we cant afford to lose anyone of a squabble that is easily fixed by shaking hands and going separate ways.

I'm not discussing this matter any further with anyone but Tim. I've already asked that. Please honor my wish. This was so dumb to bring up in a close knit public forum, and to a community that I've been part of for the better part of a decade, while most of my friends, who were real contributors to this game, have moved on. Maybe it's time for me to move on too.

I have to admit to my wife about 3 times a day that I've been a jerk or done something wrong. FYI-She's not strong arming me, she's right. You have gotten to hot about this partly, I believe, because you are partially wrong and nobody likes to be called on these type of things. Everyone does it from time to time, I know I do. The difference is, will people admit their mistakes, apologize and look to restore relationships. Pride or trying to prove your'e right are foolish pursuits. I should know, I have been a fool more than once and will continue to be in the future at times. I just hope that my friends and family will tell me so when I am so I can try to make a mends.
